Golden Signature Giveaway - Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility
1.1. This giveaway is open exclusively to attendees of the Gartner Marketing Symposium at Park Plaza London Westminster Bridge, London, UK on 12 - 13 May, 2025 who receive an Exclaimer-branded Tony’s Chocolonely bar from the Exclaimer booth.
1.2. The giveaway is limited to one entry per person.
1.3. Employees of Exclaimer, its affiliates, its partners and their employees, or event staff are not eligible to participate.
2. How to Participate
2.1. Participants must visit the Exclaimer booth during event hours and receive an Exclaimer-branded Tony’s Chocolonely bar.
2.2. One bar at each event will contain a hidden golden “Signature” leaflet.
2.3. The participant who finds the golden leaflet must follow the instructions provided on it to claim their prize within 14 calendar days of the event.
3. Prize Details
3.1. The prize consists of a “year’s supply of Tony’s Chocolonely,” defined as 52 standard 180g chocolate bars (flavours may vary).
3.2. The prize will be delivered to the winner’s preferred address within 60 days of confirming delivery details.
3.3. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other value.
3.4. If the prize becomes unavailable for any reason, an alternative of equal or greater value will be provided at Exclaimer’s discretion.
4. General
4.1. Exclaimer reserves the right to verify the eligibility of the winning participant. Failure to meet the eligibility requirements may result in disqualification and forfeiture of the prize.
4.2. By participating, winners consent to the use of their name, company, and image for promotional purposes, including social media, event recaps, and internal communications.
4.3. Exclaimer is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen prizes once dispatched.
4.4. Exclaimer’s decision on all matters relating to this giveaway is final and binding.
4.5. The Promoter is Exclaimer Limited whose registered address is at 250 Fowler Avenue, Farnborough, Hampshire, GU14 7JP, England, UK (the "Promoter")
4.6. Any fraudulent activity or abuse relating to the promotion may result in the forfeiture of the entry and/or the Prize.

To receive the voucher you must book, and attend the demo with the Exclaimer Channel team before 30th June 2025. Once the demo is complete and attendance has been verified by the Exclaimer Channel Team, the voucher will be sent directly to you. If prizes highlighted are no longer available, an alternative will be selected at the discretion of Exclaimer.
